A deposit equal to your first nights stay is required to hold a reservation. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit (unless the unit is re-rented) in which case you will receive a full refund less the $ 25.00 cancellation fee.

Heritage House
Fontana on Geneva Lake Vacation Rental Rates

Your innkeepers are John & Jane Noyer. They are year round residents of Fontana so they are always available to help make your stay at the Heritage House comfortable and enjoyable. John is a psychotherapist with a private practice in Lake Geneva and Jane is florist. They purchased the house in 2004. The original building was constructed in 1852 and expanded in 1982. Over a 3 year period from 2004 until 2007 the 5000 sq ft house was completely renovated and reconfigured into the unique guest house that it is today. Many of the original homes architectural features have been preserved to celebrate it long history. They have enjoyed their roles as innkeepers, hosting so many gatherings of families and friends who have come to Fontana to relax and enjoy the lake and the countryside
